The brief, and what we did with it
Not every home should be bright. This one leans into shadow — charcoal plaster, walnut, bouclé — and uses pools of warm light to shape the rooms after dark.
The main bedroom suite is the project in miniature: a soft ceiling, a heavy rug, and one long window left almost bare.
We designed eleven pieces of furniture for this house, from the dining table down to the hall bench.
