The core service. We take a space from an empty shell or a tired existing interior through concept, layout, material selection, lighting and furniture, and stay on it until the last cushion is placed.
When the plan itself is the problem, styling will not fix it. We redraw the layout, coordinate with structural engineers, and produce the technical package your contractor builds from.
Every scheme is modelled before a single naira is spent on site. You see the real materials, the real light at the real time of day, and you can change your mind while it is still free to do so.
Standard sizes rarely fit real rooms. We design and build the pieces that have to be exact — kitchens, wardrobes, media walls, dining tables, beds — and control the quality end to end.
Available as a standalone service for spaces that are already built. We edit what you own, source what you are missing, and place everything — including the art, hung at a single consistent datum.
We manage the trades, the procurement, the programme and the budget so you do not have to. Weekly reports, a live budget tracker, and a snagging process that closes out properly.
Whichever service you choose, the route is the same — and you always know which stage you are in.
Week 1
We visit the space, measure it properly, and spend real time on how you actually live or work. You leave with a written brief, a budget range and a programme.
Weeks 2–4
Mood boards, layouts, material samples you can hold, and full 3D renders. We iterate here until you are certain — changes on screen cost nothing.
Weeks 5–16
Joinery goes into the workshop, orders are placed, trades are scheduled. You get a weekly report with photos, spend to date and anything that needs a decision.
Final week
Installation, styling, snagging and a proper handover pack — warranties, care notes and paint codes. Then we come back at 90 days to check everything is holding up.

It depends entirely on scope and size, so we quote per project rather than publishing a rate card. As a rough guide, a full residential design and turnkey delivery starts around ₦12m for a two-bedroom apartment. We give you a budget range at the end of discovery, before you commit to anything.
