A studio built around how people live.
We are an Enugu-based interior design practice working across homes, workplaces and stays. Since 2015 we have designed, made and delivered more than a hundred and forty spaces, and measured every one of them ourselves.
I started this studio because I could not find one like it.
For years I watched clients approve a mood board, then wait four months to find out whether it worked. Nobody drew the room properly. Nobody costed it honestly. And nobody stayed until the last shelf went up.
So we built the studio backwards from that. Everything is modelled in 3D before a naira is spent. Every budget is a living document you can see. Our own makers build the joinery, which means we own the quality rather than chase it.
What has not changed since 2015 is the question we open every project with — not what do you want it to look like, but what do you want it to feel like. Everything else follows from the answer.

Four things we will not compromise on.
Restraint
The best rooms are edited, not filled. We would rather specify four excellent things than fourteen adequate ones — and we will tell you when a budget is better spent on fewer, better pieces.
Honesty
A real budget range at the start, a live spend tracker throughout, and a straight answer when something is not possible. No surprise invoices at handover.
Craft
We keep our own workshop because the difference between good and excellent is usually two millimetres, and that is not something you can specify over the phone.
Longevity
We design for the fifth year, not the first photograph. Materials are chosen for how they wear, how they clean, and how they behave in Nigerian heat and humidity.

- 2015
The studio opens
Two people, one drawing board and a first apartment in Independence Layout that we still visit.
- 2018
The workshop
We stopped outsourcing joinery and brought fabrication in-house. Quality stopped being a negotiation.
- 2021
Beyond Enugu
First projects in Lagos and Abuja, and the systems — remote surveys, 3D sign-off, local site managers — that made them work.
- 2024
Hospitality
House of Mora opened, our first full guesthouse, and a new line of work we now build for deliberately.
