The brief, and what we did with it
Nine partners, one open floor, and a rule we set on day one: no closed offices. Instead we built a gradient — loud at the entrance, quiet at the back — so people move to the acoustics they need.
The material palette is intentionally domestic. Rugs instead of carpet tile, table lamps instead of downlights, a real kitchen instead of a kitchenette.
Acoustic performance is hidden in plain sight: the felt wall panels are cut into a pattern derived from the client's own logotype.
